- 8+ years of hands-on industry experience in software development
- 6+ years experience in managing and scaling R&D teams in startup environments
- Experience in successfully bringing complex AI and cloud products to market
- Experience with managing data scientists
- Hands-on experience with developing and integrating advanced machine learning technologies such as:
Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Audio Analysis, NLP, Speech, Conversational AI, Dialogue, AI-Infrastructure - Team player with strong leadership abilities
- Hands-on mindset and a passion for technological leadership
- Experience in managing remote teams
- Important advantage: Experience with education systems and/or collaboration/project management services
Responsibilities:
- Lead product strategy and journey to product market fit.
- Make it happen – drive product lifecycle from ideation to launch and successful commercialization,
while ensuring buy-in across internal and external stakeholders. - Manage and write market needs and product requirements, from high level concept to detailed
requirements. - Partner with R&D and engineering teams to build a new product from scratch.
- Serve as product subject matter expert for all stakeholders.
- Define and monitor product KPIs.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in product management of software products
- Proven ability to present and drive strategic discussions with executives;
high-level communication and presentation skills - Independent, creative thinker, result-driven, proven analytical skills, get things
done attitude - Strong background in at least one of these industries: eLearning, EdTech, or
online collaboration is an advantage - B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field is an advantage.
